Beano’s Cabin :: Beaver Creek, CO

I first met Kirsten when she was working at the Lodge & Spa at Cordillera, before she was engaged. She invited me up to tour the property and get to know the area for future Calluna Events brides. As we talked over lunch and got to know each other I knew somehow we’d keep in touch. Kirsten seemed confident that she and her boyfriend Kerry would be getting married in Beaver Creek soon. So it was no surprise when Kirsten emailed a couple years later saying she was engaged and wanted to hire Calluna Events to help with her Beano’s Cabin wedding. We were of course thrilled for Kirsten & Kerry but more flattered and humbled that we had made an impression on Kirsten, enough for her to remember and call when she got engaged. We love that!

Kirsten works at The Charter in Beaver Creek and developed many contacts and favorites throughout her years in the wedding industry there. Shane Maccomber, her wedding photographer (gorgeous images below!) was someone she met and worked with at Cordillera. So it’s no surprise that Kirsten assembled a fantastic team of wedding vendors! Beano’s Cabin is one of our favorite Colorado mountain wedding venues!
