After being a “bride and groom”, we would NEVER recommend that someone didn’t use a planner. At the beginning stages of planning our wedding we did not have any idea how exactly how valuable having a planner, or as we call it, an advocate, would be. In hindsight, having Calluna Events plan our wedding was worth much more than what we were charged and here are a few reasons why: A wedding planner has collective power when it comes working with vendors. That means vendors do a good job because they want your wedding planner to recommend them to future clients. The other, and most important, reason to use a planner is getting married is sacred and deserves your energy and concentration. Then months before and the day of, you want to be able to concentrate on why you are getting married and how deep your love is, not if the vendors are going to get the details right.
