As some of you may have seen, we planned a wedding for an amazing couple last month in just two weeks. While it was by far the quickest wedding we have ever planned, it was so rewarding and we were completely blown away by how all of our creative partners stepped up to make it happen for them. What started out in our initial call as thirty for a daytime brunch turned into a welcome dinner at Coohills, a welcome cocktail party at White Lies, a brunch wedding at Blanc, a post wedding party at the Wynkoop Brewery and a morning after brunch at the Cooper Lounge! It was a full two weeks of planning and we can assure you no detail was left out with this couple and we go by with very little sleep making it happen!

On the day of the wedding, due to a surprising spring storm, the mid morning ceremony took place inside of the barn at Blanc, the guests cozied up under beautiful faux fur throws and heat lamps. The huppah was covered in stunning greens from Sacred Thistle and made for the perfect ceremony backdrop. Even though it was planned in a couple days, their ceremony was one of the most personal and meaninful we’ve seen with several friends participating in the vows, rings and readings. They also incorporated wind chimes, which were hung from the huppah that they plan to hang in the trees behidn their house in California.

After the ceremony guests made their way inside of Blanc to enjoy an interactive multi-station brunch from Catering by Design which included a benedict bar, charcuterie, bacon bites and more! Although it was daytime, custom cocktails and mimosas, were so important and later everyone was treated to toasts by multiple family members and friends celebrating the newlyweds. It was so heartwarming to see how many friends and family were able to make it to Colorado on such short notice, and it was clear just how deeply they are loved as a couple. After toasts, more delicious lunch food was brought out including a taco station, grilled cheese and warm soups and of course some tasty Voodoo Doughnuts!

It was a true collaboration as Eclectic Hive and Yonder both provided the beautiful furniture for our boho inspired lounges and Sacred Thistle worked their magic to create luscious floral arrangements throughout the reception.

The fun didn’t stop there! Later in the evening, guests went for drinks and food at the historic Wyknoop Lounge and were treated to a goodbye brunch at The Cooper Lounge the next morning. We were so honored to be a part of their celebration.

We can’t wait to see the real photos from the talented Julie Harris, but in the mean time enjoy our iPhone pics!
